Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Educator to support our Winston Salem and Greensboro, NC adult and pediatric skilled nursing offices. The role emphasizes planning, leading, and evaluating clinical simulation scenarios in our labs to improve caregiver readiness, clinical judgment, and patient safety.

Qualifications

• BSN/MSN preferred.
• Minimum two years of staff development or nursing education experience.
• Experience developing performance improvement plans, field staff orientation, clinical chart review, and utilization review reporting.
• Strong assessment and organizational skills.
• Experience working with the pediatric population and tracheostomies and ventilators.
• Demonstrated successful track record of working independently while taking on increased or diverse responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and evaluate clinical simulation scenarios within our lab environment to enhance caregiver readiness, clinical judgment, and patient safety.
• Support and develop BAYADA field staff through education and mentorship.

Education

BSN/MSN preferred

Experience developing performance improvement plans, field staff orientation, clinical chart review, and utilization review reporting

Experience working with pediatric population and tracheostomies and ventilators
