The Cleveland Clinic Beachwood Family Health and Surgery Center is seeking a caregiver RN for ambulatory care. You will provide nursing care, infusions and injections, assess health status and establish care plans in a supportive, compassionate team.

Minimum qualifications include RN licensure, BLS certification, and one year of RN experience. LPN or Medical Assistant substitutions are considered for internal Cleveland Clinic transfers within ambulatory settings.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current state RN licensure.
• BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross.
• One year of recent RN experience.
• LPN/MA substitutions considered for internal Cleveland Clinic ambulatory transfers.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional nursing care in an ambulatory setting.
• Provide infusions and injections.
• Assess health status, complete nursing assessments, perform telephone triage and establish care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Initiate CPR and other emergency measures.
• Notify the physician/LIP of abnormal findings.
• Assist with diagnostic/therapeutic procedures and equipment.
• Develop, evaluate and document health education for patients and families.
• Cover other nursing roles within the department.
• Travel within the region to support physician clinics and procedures as needed.
