Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Hillcrest Hospital is seeking an experienced RN caregiver to join a dedicated team providing professional nursing care in ambulatory settings. You will assess patients, administer medications, perform triage, and support care plans while traveling regionally to assist physician clinics and procedures.

Minimum qualifications include an accredited nursing program graduation, active RN license, BLS certification, ACLS within six months, and at least one year of relevant clinical

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing (Diploma, ADN or BSN).
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through AHA or Red Cross.
• ACLS Certification within six months of hire in relevant units.
• One year of recent RN or related clinical healthcare experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care in an ambulatory setting.
• Assess health status, complete nursing assessments, perform telephone triage, and establish care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Initiate CPR and other emergency measures.
• Notify physician or LIP of abnormal findings.
• Assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures and use specialty equipment.
• Develop, evaluate and document health education for patients and families.
• Cover other nursing roles within the department.
• Travel within the region to support physician clinics and surgical procedures as needed.
