Cleveland Clinic in Warrensville Heights, OH is seeking an RN Ambulatory - Internal Medicine Triage to provide professional nursing care in an ambulatory setting, assess health status, and manage telephone triage. The role focuses on establishing care plans for adult patients and collaborating with physicians to ensure timely and effective care.

The position is full-time, day shift with regional travel to support clinics and procedures.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• RN licensure in good standing required; BSN preferred.
• Minimum one year of RN experience; LPN or Medical Assistant considered for current caregivers.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional nursing care in an ambulatory setting.
• Assess health status and complete nursing assessments.
• Perform telephone triage and establish care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Initiate CPR and other emergency measures.
• Notify the physician and/or LIP of abnormal findings.
• Assist with specialized diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Develop, evaluate, adapt, and document health education for patients and families.
• Cover other nursing roles within the department.
• Travel within the region to support physician clinics and surgical procedures as needed.
