Fort HealthCare in Fort Atkinson, WI is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Ambulatory/PACU team. This 0.8 FTE position offers varied hours Monday–Friday from 5:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with night, weekend, and holiday call rotation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Current WI RN License is required.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assesses and evaluates patient care for an assigned group of patients.
• Uses the nursing process to develop and implement the plan of care.
• Educates the patient and family about health measures.
• Communicates with the care team for collaborative decision making.
• Documents assessments, interventions and outcomes accurately.
• Advocates for the patient and coordinates care.
• Develops assessment/management strategies considering holistic factors.
