Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing (ADN or BSN).
• One year of recent RN or LPN or other unlicensed healthcare experience if currently a Cleveland Clinic caregiver in ambulatory setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care in an ambulatory setting.
• Assess health status and nursing assessments, perform telephone triage and establish care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Initiate CPR and other emergency measures.
• Notify physician or LIP of abnormal findings.
• Assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures and specialized equipment.
• Develop and document health education for patients and families.
• Cover other nursing roles within the department.
• Travel within the region to support physician clinics and procedures.
