Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Health System is seeking an experienced RN for the Outpatient Float Pool across SAMG clinics in the Treasure Valley. You will provide skilled nursing care in coordination with licensed providers while promoting a positive patient experience with compassion.

Schedules vary by clinic and may include 5 eight-hour shifts, 4 ten-hour shifts, or 3 twelve-hour shifts; a flexible schedule with potential evenings, weekends, and rotating days is required.

Qualifications

• Ambulatory nursing experience preferred.
• An associate or bachelor's degree from a nursing program accredited by ACEN or CCNE.
• Must hold an Idaho RN license (multistate licenses must establish residency within 60 days).
• BLS for Healthcare Providers required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in ambulatory clinic settings.
• Administer medications and maintain a safe nursing area.
• Document care and coordinate with licensed providers.
• Mentor clinical staff and educate patients and families.
