Allegria Village in Dearborn, MI is hiring Registered Nurses for a focused 80-bed Skilled Nursing unit on a single campus offering independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing all in one place. We have full-time and part-time positions with afternoon shifts (2pm-10:30pm) and weekend requirements, emphasizing stability and teamwork.

Qualificações

• Active Michigan RN license (required).
• 1+ year experience in long-term care or rehab preferred.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to scheduled shifts.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment.
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide safe, compassionate, person-centered nursing care.
• Administer and document medications accurately (including narcotics).
• Monitor residents and respond to changes in condition.
• Communicate with physicians, residents, and families.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols.
• Respond to emergencies when needed.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team.
