Our Skilled Nursing facility is an 80-bed unit located within a larger senior living campus, offering a more focused and team-oriented environment compared to large 200–300+ bed facilities.
We are hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who are dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing consistent, high-quality care.
We are especially looking for CNAs who want long-term stability and a supportive work environment—not constant job turnover.
Shifts available:
-Part-time and Full-time
-morning (6am-2pm) and afternoon (2pm-10pm)
Provide compassionate, hands-on resident care
Assist with bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility
Reposition residents and provide routine comfort care
Monitor and report changes in condition or skin integrity
Assist with transfers and ambulation using proper techniques
Maintain resident dignity, privacy, and safety at all times
Document care accurately and in a timely manner
Communicate effectively with nurses and care team members
Valid CNA certification (required)
1+ year of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work in a structured, team-based environment
Compassionate, patient-focused attitude
Willingness to be part of a consistent, long-term care team
80-bed skilled nursing facility (smaller, team-oriented environment)
Lower-acuity care setting (non-vent, non-trach facility)
Continuity of care across Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Skilled Nursing on one campus
Staff build long-term relationships with residents across levels of care
Each resident has a private room (no shared rooms), supporting dignity and comfort
Convenient central location with easy access via multiple major highways
On-site staff amenities including a cafeteria, fitness center, pool, and jacuzzi access for staff use.
Stable, structured environment with consistent leadership support
Opportunities for long-term employment and internal growth
Ability to lift and assist residents (up to 40+ lbs)
Standing/walking 80–90% of shift
Ability to bend, stoop, push, pull, and reposition residents
Use of PPE as required for infection control
