Qualifications

• Valid CNA certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on resident care.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
• Reposition residents and provide routine comfort care.
• Monitor and report changes in condition or skin integrity.
• Assist with transfers and ambulation using proper techniques.
• Maintain resident dignity, privacy, and safety at all times.
• Document care accurately and in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with nurses and care team members.
