Job summary

Allegria Village in Dearborn, MI is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) for full-time and part-time positions to join a focused 80-bed skilled nursing unit on one campus. You will provide safe, compassionate, person-centered care and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include medication administration, EMR documentation, and responding to changes in resident conditions while maintaining infection control protocols.

Qualifications

• Active Michigan RN license (required).
• 1+ year experience in long-term care or rehab (preferred).
• BLS CPR certification required.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to scheduled shifts.

RN – Skilled Nursing (Full & Part-Time)

Location: Allegria Village – Dearborn, MI

A Smaller Skilled Nursing Facility with a Strong Team Environment

Allegria Village is one of the largest senior living communities in the U.S., offering Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Skilled Nursing all on one campus.

Our Skilled Nursing facility is a focused 80-bed unit, allowing for a more connected team environment and a more manageable patient load compared to larger 200–300+ bed facilities.

We are currently hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for full-time and part-time positions.

We are seeking nurses who value stability, teamwork, and consistency in their workplace—not constant turnover environments.

Shift Options:

• Full-Time and Part-time

• Afternoon shift (2pm-10:30pm)

• Weekend shifts are required

What You’ll Do:

• Provide safe, compassionate, person-centered nursing care

• Administer and document medications accurately (including narcotics)

Physical Requirements:
