Qualifications

• Current RN license in Minnesota.
• BLS certification required, pre-employment.
• NRP/ACLS/PALS in applicable units as listed.
• New graduates may be considered for 0.7 FTE or higher with relevant degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care across units including neonates to older adults.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and delegate as appropriate.
• Develop and revise the plan of care to meet patient needs and advocate for quality outcomes.
• Uphold standards of nursing practice and participate in performance improvement.

RN Licensure (Minnesota)

BLS Certification

NRP/TEEN/ACLS (where applicable)
