Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one care for an adult ALS patient with a peg-tube and non-invasive Astral ventilator. Shifts: Mon-Fri 8am-2pm, Sat-Sun 9am-2pm. The role offers hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Must hold an RN license and BLS, with preferred prior RN experience. Responsibilities include ventilator management, personal care, medication administration, and PRN oxygen support in a home setting.

Qualifications

• Current RN license for the state where practice is required.
• Current Health Certificate as per facility/state regulation.
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray per policy.
• Current BLS card is required.
• One year RN experience preferred.
