Ideal candidates hold an active RN license with prior ADON or nursing leadership experience in SNF/LTC settings, and a commitment to mentoring staff across shifts while ensuring survey readiness and high resident care standards.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Prior ADON or nursing leadership experience required.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) / long-term care (LTC) setting required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations in partnership with the DON.
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff across shifts.
• Monitor resident care quality and survey readiness.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and clinical compliance.
• Participate in care planning and quality assurance initiatives.
