Diversicare Sedgwick is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to lead our nursing department, ensuring high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance.

The role involves interviewing staff, scheduling, orientation, performance reviews, and driving CQI and infection control. We offer comprehensive benefits and a supportive culture focused on respect, teamwork and service excellence.

Qualifications

• RN with a current license by State Board of Nursing and at least three years of nursing experience and one year of supervisory experience.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills and strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• LTC/SNF experience is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist in interviewing applicants and scheduling for the nursing department.
• Participate in orientation and in-service education training.
• Participate in performance reviews, enforce personnel policies, and ensure regulatory documentation compliance.
• Support care planning, Continuous Quality Improvement, and infection control practices
