Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania RN license required.
• Minimum of 1 year RN leadership experience in long-term care setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and directing the Nursing Service Department.
• Support the DON in regulatory readiness and compliance.
• Review nursing documentation for accuracy and timeliness.
• Conduct daily rounds and engage with staff to address concerns.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team on resident care.
• Assist with MDS assessments and care plan revisions.
• Support staff education, competency validation, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Participate in QAPI activities.
