Job summary

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care in Pekin, IL is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON/RN) to support and oversee Nursing Services under the Director of Nursing.

You will supervise 24-hour operations, ensure high-quality care, and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations while guiding our nursing team toward excellence.

Illinois RN licensure and 2+ years of nurse supervision experience are preferred; an Associate degree is required, Bachelor’s preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state where practicing.
• 2+ years of nurse supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support and carry out administration and management of Nursing Services.
• Ensure 24-hour supervision of Nursing Services.
• Direct the Nursing Department to meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
