Job summary

Farmington Presbyterian Manor is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing - Registered Nurse (RN ADON) to manage the health services department within a faith-based, nonprofit senior living community in Farmington, Missouri. The role emphasizes person-centered care and regulatory compliance.

The ADON will oversee admissions, transfers and discharges related to health services, prepare reports, and support quality assurance, infection control and wound care programs.

Qualifications

• Must possess Nursing Degree or RN program graduate.
• Must hold an active RN license in the state.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, regulations governing long-term care.
• QA, Infection Control or Wound Care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the health services department and its programs.
• Oversee admission, transfer and discharge processes related to health services.
• Complete written reports and recommendations on health services operations.
• Coordinate health care services with other resident services to ensure continuity of care.
• Assist with QA, infection control and wound care programs.
