Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Jersey.
• Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the nursing department to ensure quality care and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise, train, and mentor nursing staff to foster teamwork.

• Ensure accurate and timely resident assessments, treatments, and documentation.
• Assist with staff scheduling to maintain adequate patient care coverage.
• Promote continuous improvement and excellent resident care.
