Job summary

Aspire Senior Living in Lee's Summit, MO is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) to join our leadership team, guiding clinical operations and mentoring nursing staff under the Director of Nursing. This role oversees infection prevention, wound care, regulatory readiness, and quality improvement to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Current MO RN license required or pending eligibility.
• BSN preferred; related leadership coursework helpful.
• Leadership experience in nursing management or ADON roles.
• Experience with infection prevention and wound care in long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing leadership and team development under the DON.
• Oversee clinical operations, resident care, and quality initiatives.
• Lead QA/PI activities and drive regulatory readiness.
• Coordinate infection prevention and wound care programs.
• Educate and develop staff to ensure high-quality care.
