The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, with experience in long-term care and supervisory responsibilities, and is adept at coordinating staff, audits, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation setting.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards and surveys.
• Infection control experience or training is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clinical responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily clinical operations and staffing coordination.
• Provide guidance and oversight to nursing staff and supervisors.
• Coordinate onboarding, team development, and scheduling.
• Maintain standards of care per regulatory expectations.
• Participate in audits and performance improvement activities.
• Support infection prevention and outbreak response efforts.
• Step in for nursing leadership when required.
