Job summary

Saratoga Medical Center, Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with supervisory experience to join the team in Lenexa, KS. The ADON will supervise unit leaders, support disciplinary actions, and ensure adherence to hospital policies while delivering high-quality patient care.

Candidates should hold an RN license, BLS certification, and demonstrate strong communication and teamwork abilities to work effectively in a busy hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Current state license to practice as an RN.
• Be certified in Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Must have two years of experience as an RN and one year of supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Administrative leadership, recruitment/retention efforts, and compliance of all hospital/facility policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
