Saratoga Medical Center, Inc. is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and an ADON for a full-time role at the VAMC in Kansas City, Kansas. The candidate will supervise unit leaders, guide RN practice, and enforce hospital policies to ensure quality patient care.

Ideal applicants hold an RN license with BLS certification and have at least two years of RN experience plus one year in a supervisory capacity, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualificações

• Current state license to practice as an RN
• Be certified in Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Must have two years of experience as an RN and one year of supervisory experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Administrative leadership, recruitment/retention efforts, and compliance of all hospital/facility policies and procedures

Responsabilidades

• The ADON provides supervision to the unit leaders, and is responsible for assisting in disciplinary actions
• The ADON provides supervision to RNs regarding policies, procedures, and patient care delivery
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Administrative leadership, recruitment/retention efforts, and compliance of all hospital/facility policies and procedures
