Job summary

Regency Integrated Health Services is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) at Brenham Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Brenham, TX. Lead clinical operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor nursing staff to deliver compassionate resident care.

You will collaborate with the Director, coordinate with physicians and families, support QAPI and quality initiatives, and participate in on-call coverage. A minimum of 3 years SNF experience and an active TX RN license are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF).
• Completed RN program at an accredited school.
• Active TX RN license in good standing.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and directing daily nursing operations in compliance with regulations.
• Promote continuity of care by coordinating nursing services with interdisciplinary teams, physicians, residents, and families.
• Assess staffing needs; participate in recruiting, onboarding, and training nursing staff.
• Develop staff schedules and monitor performance to ensure safe, effective care.
• Support QAPI program development and regulatory readiness.
• Review clinical records and assist with action plans and on-call duties.
