Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS certifications required within specified timelines.

• Stroke CEU hours: 4 per year.
• Pass Patient Care Orientation.

Responsibilities

• Assist admissions, bed control, and direct call for placement of direct admit patients and nursing assessment.
• Monitor patients until assigned to the nursing unit, assist with admissions and discharges, and supervise the Admit/Discharge Lounge during transport timing.
