Job summary

Absolut Care of Allegany in Allegany, NY is seeking an RN Admissions Nurse to ensure smooth transitions for new residents, perform comprehensive assessments, and develop personalized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.

You will coordinate with physicians, therapists, and caregivers, educate families about services, monitor resident conditions, and participate in quality improvement initiatives while upholding compassionate, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in New York state.
