Job summary

Cedar Ridge Behavioral Hospital, part of Universal Health Services, is seeking an Admissions Clinician RN to perform risk assessments and crisis intervention both by phone and in person. The role coordinates referrals, determines care levels, and guides admissions while maintaining communication with families and staff.

We welcome RNs with acute psychiatric experience and a compassionate, dependable mindset. Shifts include Day and Evening; full-time and part-time positions are available.

Qualifications

• Valid Oklahoma RN license and CPR within 90 days of employment.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Experience in intake, assessment, admission and crisis intervention with psychiatric populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic and in-person risk assessment and crisis intervention.
• Coordinate referral and intake process and determine appropriate level of care.
• Facilitate admission process and communicate with referral sources, families, patients and unit staff.
