Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing required.
• Minimum of one year of clinical or observational nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review medical documentation for admissions, obtain admission orders from physicians.
• Perform medication reconciliation and insurance pre-authorization as needed.
• Facilitate transfers and coordinate with hospitals, facilities, and community agencies.
• Conduct pre-admission assessments and determine appropriate level of care.
• Admit patients into the registration system and complete all forms and consents.
• Maintain accurate medical records to support payor authorization and care planning.
