Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Georgia is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our leadership team as Administrator. You will oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality care at our Columbus, Newnan and Thomaston branches.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong management skills, and a commitment to in-home care. You will lead providers, manage staff performance, and collaborate with the Enhabit team to deliver compassionate, patient-centered services.

Qualifications

• RN license required and CPR certification.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local home care regulations.
• Basic technology skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Valid state driver license and vehicle insurance.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Valid clinical license or compact nurse license compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the local chief executive agent and lead providers.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Direct staff performance and office management.
