Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Sunrise, FL seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to join as Administrator. You will oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality care at the local home health branch.

The role requires an RN license, knowledge of federal/state laws, travel up to 25%, and strong leadership. In-office attendance is essential to supervise and collaborate with staff; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• RN license required.
• Must not have been employed in the last year as an administrator with another operation at the time any enforcement action was taken against the business.
• Knowledge and understanding of federal, state and local laws and regulatory guidelines governing home care operations.
• Basic technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.
• Valid state driver license in the state of residence.
• Automobile liability insurance as required by law.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Valid clinical license per state requirements or compact nurse license.
• CPR certification as required by the position.
• Preferred: at least 1 year of management experience.
• Preferred: prior home health care or hospice experience.
• Preferred: experience using Homecare Homebase (HCHB).
• Preferred: bilingual English/Spanish communication.
• Oral and written communication, fluency in English, active listening.
• Intermediate technology skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• In-office attendance essential for supervision and collaboration.
