Job summary

Angels Care Home Health is seeking an experienced RN Administrator to oversee all agency functions, including business development, budgeting, policies, and staff management. The role ensures compliance with healthcare regulations and maintains strong community partnerships.

You will lead a team, supervise patient outcomes, and drive quality assurance across the organization in a dynamic home health setting.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of home health rules and regulations.
• Experience in program management and regulatory compliance.
• Supervisory administrative experience in home health care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and counsels on community, financial, and health planning needs.
• Oversees budgeting and agency fiscal activities.
• Maintains and updates agency policies and reporting.
• Recruits, manages, and directs agency personnel per policy.
• Ensures staff education and evaluation.
• Directs ongoing agency functions and operations.
• Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Designates entry for State surveyors in writing.
• Maintains public relations materials and community relationships.
• Reviews and manages all patient satisfaction surveys and outcomes.
• Reviews client occurrence reports and risk indicators.
• Implements corporate initiatives across offices.
• Consults with physicians to assess home care needs and develops services.
