Job summary

Angels Care Home Health in WaKeeney, KS is seeking an RN Administrator to lead the agency's operations, budget oversight, and regulatory compliance. You will shape clinical and administrative policies and guide a team of managers.

This role emphasizes business development, staff education, patient satisfaction, and adherence to Medicare/Medicaid guidelines. A Bachelor’s (or higher) in a health-related field with admin experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Law, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Training/experience in health service administration is required.
• Licensed RN or equivalent undergrad degree is acceptable.
• At least 1 year of supervisory administrative experience in home health or related healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting and agency fiscal activities.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
• Direct staff education, evaluation and policy implementation.
• Develop business and community relations to support services.
• Manage complaints, satisfaction surveys and quality outcomes.
• Coordinate with physicians and health providers to assess community needs.
