Angels Care Home Health in Cottonwood, AZ is seeking an RN Administrator to lead the agency's operations, financial oversight, and regulatory compliance. You will guide business development and supervise staff to ensure high quality patient care.

The role requires a nursing license or healthcare leadership background, a bachelor’s degree, and prior supervisory experience in home health. You will partner with physicians and community organizations to expand services.

Responsabilidades

• The RN Administrator is responsible for all functions of the agency, including business development, financial management, strategic oversight and quality assurance.
• Oversees budgeting and agency fiscal activities and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Recruits, manages and directs qualified personnel to carry out agency policies and procedures.
• Ensures staff education, evaluation and ongoing organizational operations.
• Maintains relationships with physicians and community agencies to foster program awareness.
• Reviews complaints and manages patient satisfaction surveys and outcomes.
