Responsible for coordinating and facilitating patient care functions within the hospital. The individual in this role demonstrates advanced knowledge to manage the patient care operations in the absence of the Vice Presidents, Directors, and Department Managers. This leadership role includes responsibility for establishing meaningful communication systems, assuring effective resources management, and coordinating patient placement and care processes across multiple departments.

Pay Range: $52.24 to $72.28 per hour The pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable). Shift, weekend and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
