Nursing is the diagnosis and treatment of human response to actual or potential health problems. This includes establishing an intentional therapeutic relationship between a registered nurse and a patient and family. As a leader and the integrator of care, the professional nurse has the responsibility, authority, and accountability to utilize critical thinking when planning, coordinating and evaluating the patient’s care needs. Supports the team in delivering nursing care, paying attention to the overall flow and functioning of the care area.
Pay Range: $49.12 to $81.77 per hour The pay described reflects the base hourly pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable). Shift, weekend and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
