Job summary

NorthBay Health is seeking an Administrative Coordinator (RN) to oversee administrative, clinical, and ancillary activities for a specified shift. You will coordinate patient placement and movement, serve as the main liaison among physicians, nursing units, and management, and ensure adherence to hospital policies.

The role requires an acute care background, BSN preferred, CA RN license, and BLS; ACLS within six months. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional registered nursing.
• BSN required unless current employee with Grandfather Status.
• Valid RN license issued by the State of California; BLS for Healthcare Providers; ACLS within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative, clinical and ancillary activities within the hospital.
• Act as the single point of contact for physicians, inpatient nursing units and the administrative management team.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures and standards; participate in performance improvement and infection control plans.
• Lead front line operations to meet patient care needs and support hospital leadership.
