Job summary

Frisbie Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NH is seeking a House Admin Supervisor RN PRN to support leadership in patient care and administrative operations. You will lead in the absence of senior staff, coordinate staffing, and ensure professional behavior while guiding care plans.

Qualifications

Five (5) years of current nursing experience with at least two (2) years of leadership experience.
Prior experience as Hospital Nursing Supervisor preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred; RN license required.
ACLS and BLS certifications must be current or obtained within stated timeframes.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership in the absence of hospital and administrative staff.
Demonstrate fiscal responsibility by ensuring appropriate department staffing utilization.
Ensure staff demonstrate professional behaviors at all times.
Instruct and educate patients and families, coordinate discharge planning with the healthcare team.
