New Vista is currently recruiting for Registered Nurses (RN) at Ethan Crossing of Springfield, an 80-bed residential detox facility in Springfield, Ohio.

Shifts: Night/Day, Hours: 7p-7a/7a-7pm; Pay: $40.00-$42.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include assessing and planning patient care, supervising the shift, monitoring conditions, documenting orders, and coordinating with the interdisciplinary team to support recovery.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program or hold relevant state licensure.
• Current unencumbered license to practice by the State Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Assesses and plans patient care within set timeframes, documenting findings according to policies.
• Supervises the shift team, delegating tasks and ensuring quality nursing care delivery.
• Monitors patients for changes in condition and follows medication administration policies.
• Performs comprehensive nursing assessments and ensures accurate transcription and administration of physician orders.
• Communicates patient responses to the interdisciplinary team and orients patients/families to the program.
• Monitors patients for changes in condition and follows detox protocol.
