Job summary

New Vista is actively recruiting a Registered Nurse (RN) for Ethan Crossing of Springfield. Day shift, 7a-7p, with pay between $40.00 and $42.00 per hour. You will assess, plan, and document patient care and supervise the shift team to ensure high-quality nursing care within the detox program.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program or state licensure and a current unencumbered nursing license. The role supports a compassionate, recovery-focused community.

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered license to practice nursing.

Responsibilities

• Assesses and plan patient care within set timeframes, documenting findings according to policies.
• Supervises the shift team, delegating tasks and ensuring quality nursing care delivery.
• Monitors patients for changes in condition, follows medication administration policies, and maintains empathy and respect in interactions.
• Performs comprehensive nursing assessments and ensures accurate transcription and administration of physician orders.
• Communicates patient responses to the interdisciplinary team, orients patients/families to the program, and upholds patient rights.
• Monitors patients for changes in condition, follows detox protocol, and performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
