Job summary

New Vista is currently recruiting for Registered Nurses (RN) at Ethan Crossing of Springfield, an 80-bed residential detox facility in Springfield, Ohio. The role is a Day shift (7a-7p) with pay ranging $40.00–$42.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include patient care planning, team supervision, monitoring status and detox protocols, and coordination with the interprofessional team. Required education is a graduate from an accredited nursing program with an active, unencumbered State Board of

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Current, unencumbered RN license to practice per State Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Assesses and plans patient care within set timeframes, documents findings per policy.
• Supervises shift team, delegates tasks, ensures quality nursing care.
• Monitors changes in condition, follows medication policies, and shows empathy.
• Performs comprehensive nursing assessments and ensures correct transcription/ administration of orders.
• Communicates responses to the interdisciplinary team, orients patients/families to the program, upholds patient rights.
• Monitors patients, follows detox protocol, and performs duties as assigned by supervisor.
