Phoenix House Florida is opening Orient Wellness Center, an 85-bed residential treatment facility focused on empowering individuals recovering from substance use and co-occurring disorders. The Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse will manage medical treatment, nursing care, and safety for patients admitted to the program.

The role includes medication administration, data entry in Welligent, coordination with counselors on treatment plans, and ensuring compliance with clinical policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform medical screenings at intake.
• Perform patient medication data entry using the Welligent EMR.
• Assist counselors to develop treatment plans reflecting patient progress.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and maintain medical records.
• Observe patients and document responses to treatment.
• Ensure procedures comply with program policies.
• Provide medical documentation and training to staff.
• Participate in weekly treatment team meetings.
