Qualifications

• Current Florida RN license and registration.
• Experience with medication administration and vital signs monitoring.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records, especially Welligent.
• Strong documentation and case-note skills.
• Ability to work with treatment teams and counselors.

Responsibilities

• Perform medical screenings at intake.
• Enter patient medication data in Welligent.
• Assist counselors to develop treatment plans and document progress.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and maintain medical records.
• Observe patient responses to treatment and document changes.
