Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform medical screenings at intake.
• Enter patient medication data for admissions in Welligent EMR.
• Assist counselors to develop treatment plans and document progress.
• Administer medications per doctors' orders and monitor vital signs.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient progress.
