Qualifications

• RN license in good standing or eligible for licensure in the state of Tennessee.
• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience in acute care setting.
• BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care following nursing process.
• Documents assessments and reports changes in condition to care team.
• Administers medications and monitors for adverse effects; documents administration.
• Assists physicians during procedures within competency and scope of practice.
• Collaborates with healthcare team to develop and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Participates in CPR and code team activities as needed.
• Educates patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge plans.
• Maintains infection control practices and ensures patient safety.
