Mount Carmel Health System in Columbus, OH seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate patient care within the Ohio Nurse Practice Act. The RN collaborates with a multidisciplinary team and uses the Nursing Process to deliver safe, evidence-based care aligned with organizational standards.

Qualificações

• Education: Graduate from school of nursing.
• Licensure / Certification: Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio.
• For Casual RNs 2 years of experience is required.
• New graduate nurses with less than one year of clinical experience are enrolled in the Nurse Residency Program.

Responsabilidades

• Provides nursing care and ensures patient safety in a Magnet-recognized environment.
• Assesses and evaluates care for assigned patients and develops a plan of care.
• Communicates pertinent information to the team in a timely manner and updates family.
• Documents assessments, interventions and outcomes per standards and policies.
• Acts with accountability for care provided by other licensed and unlicensed staff as appropriate.
