Job summary

UCHealth Memorial Hospital Central in Colorado Springs is seeking a Night Shift RN for the Acute Care Float Pool. This full-time, onsite role offers nights with a competitive hourly pay range and a night shift incentive program.

Responsibilities include direct patient care using the nursing process in a fast-paced environment, with a multidisciplinary team support. RN license and BLS required; 6 months RN experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements: graduate from an accredited RN program (or board-approved) if less than 3 years experience; state RN licensure; 6 months RN experience; BLS through American Heart Association or Red Cross with card in-hand before start date. BLS valid through 60 days after hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care using the nursing process at top of scope.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary team to achieve outcomes.
• Models proficiency through precepting staff and new hires.
