Job summary

TriStar Centennial Medical Center in Franklin, TN, is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across the department in collaboration with the care team. You will follow established nursing models and advocate for patients to ensure positive outcomes.

As part of the role, you will assess patients on admission and each shift, administer medications, document care, respond to requests, and educate patients and families while pursuing leadership or specialty growth

Qualifications

• Two years of experience as an RN.
• Bachelor's Degree, RN Diploma or ADN recognized.
• ACLS within 6 months of start date.
• BCLS within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition at admission and each shift, report changes.
• Administer medications and document care in the medical record.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and educate patients, families, and caregivers.
