Qualifications

• 1 year med/surg experience required.
• Graduate of accredited School of Professional Nursing.
• Current Tennessee RN license and BLS certification

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate care for patients as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Perform patient assessments and reassessments; develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and document care accurately.
• Educate patients and families; communicate patient needs clearly.
• Maintain equipment and participate in safety and quality initiatives.
