Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Registered Nurse license or eligibility.
• Bachelor's Degree or Associate Degree in nursing.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition on admission and during shifts, reporting changes promptly.
• Administer medications as ordered, document care in the medical record, monitor for effects.
• Provide timely, compassionate care and respond to patient requests and needs.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatment plans, medicines, and follow-up steps.
