Job summary

UCHealth Highlands Ranch Hospital, Highlands Ranch, CO, is seeking an experienced RN for a full-time night shift in the Surgical Specialties Unit. This onsite role offers a pay range of $35.29–$54.71 per hour, plus a quarterly Night Shift Incentive of $1,600 for full-time night staff.

As a direct-care RN, you will apply the nursing process, collaborate across disciplines, and participate in orientation for new team members.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with current state licensure.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers required.
• Minimum 6 months RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
• Prioritize patient safety and quality of care while maintaining documentation.
• Support orientation/precepting for new staff and ongoing education.
